VSG4506 Model 60 Open Knuckle King Pin Service Video includes step by step coverage of servicing the King Pins on 1975 to 1993 Dana Spicer Model 60 and Model 61 King Pin type open knuckle front drive axle used on heavy duty Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, and International 4x4 1 ton and heavy duty 3/4 ton trucks. This is one of our early videos that was made in the days before high definition video and huge TV screens, but the image quality is plenty good enough for all but the largest screen sizes. The video was made with footage we took from Dodge trucks we worked on so don't get mad if you do not see your make of truck as the King Pin service procedures are exactly the same for all Dana 60 and Dana 61 King Pin open knuckle front axles regardless of the year or truck brand! The DVD-R video runs for 15 minutes with about 10 minutes of technical content. (VSG4506 was previously titled as QK4512DVD and V4512DVD)

Of all the King Pin and Ball Joint configurations used on 3/4 and 1 ton 4x4 trucks, none is as durable as the Dana Spicer King Pin Open Knuckle design that was introduced in the 1975 model year. Unfortunately, for one reason or another, all the vehicle manufacturers switched to ball joints in the early 1990's with GM and Ford dropping the design after 1991, while Dodge used it until 1993.
