Ordering is both simple and secure.
Click on the ADD TO CART button for your
selection(s). You will be transferred to our shopping
cart. The shopping cart allows you change quantities,
delete unwanted items, compare and select shipping options,
continue shopping or check out. Please Note:
Shipping
via USPS (United States Postal Service)
Priority or First Class Mail is usually the cheapest option
on publications.

Why Does
the Check Out Ask For Shipping Information When I
Order Downloads?
Our shopping cart software is not yet smart enough
to know shipping is not required for downloads. So
the Check Out will prompt you for a ship to address and
delivery choice, however no shipping cost will be added
to your cart and nothing will have to be shipped to you.
We hope to upgrade our Shopping Cart in the near future
to eliminate this confusing feature. |
When you go to check out, you will
first link to a page to review your order, then you will enter a
secure site operated by Pay Pal (you DO NOT NEED a Pay Pal
account, just a valid credit card). Next enter your billing and ship to information.
After completing payment, you will be e-mailed an
order notification
to the e-mail address you provided showing the items ordered, shipping option selected, and ship to
address. You will also get an e-mail receipt from PayPal.
Please Note: Payment by E-Check will delay shipping for
several days until your payment has been cleared.
If you ordered downloads,
the order notification you will also have a link to access our
server for your downloads. The download page link will
remain available for 48 hours.
You will usually get both e-mails within a few minutes of
placing your order.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS?
In most cases, the download process is both quick and
easy. The problems detailed below are rare but can
occur.

Security
Settings: Most download problems are related to automatic
download blocks in your computers software security
settings. Contact your software security vender if
you don't know how to set your security program to
allow downloads.

AOL
Anti-Spam: A few AOL customers have reported
their AOL anti-spam filter will not accept the
shopping cart order notification and download link
in their regular inbox. If you receive the
PayPal receipt e-mail, but not the order
notification, first check to see if the order
notification is in your bulk mailbox. If it is
not, contact us by phone or e-mail so we can either
resend the link from another address or e-mail you
the files.

Won't Open: You must have a PDF reading program
equivalent to Adobe®
Reader®
version 4 or newer to open any of our download
documents. If your computer is a dinosaur or
does not have a PDF reader, go to
adobe.com and
download the latest free version of Adobe®
Reader®
.

Wrong
e-mail Address: Folks,
if you don't type in the correct e-mail address, we
can't send you any e-mails or downloads! If
this does happen to you, contact us and we can
have the link resent to your correct mailbox.
